ISO New England OASIS X509 Certificate Registration Information
Background
All Security Administrators and Users must have a X.509 compliant Digital Certificate to gain access to the ISO New England OASIS Node.
Security Administrator
All member companies or customers with completed Transmission Service Agreements that require CUSTOMER Level Access to the ISO New England OASIS must complete a
Security Administrator Signatory Page regardless of the certificate vendor chosen. The Security Administrator will manage the users authorized to access the ISO New England OASIS Node.

OATI WebCares x.509 certificates are available to current OATI software
users. They are also available for purchase from OATI.

Many users already have OATI certificates and will be able to use the same certificates to access the NEPOOL OASIS Node. |
Customers will work entirely with the vendor to obtain and support the certificates. |

ISO New England will offer the GeoTrust x.509 certificates at no charge. Security Administrator for the Markets must register User in CAMS. |
Market system users will be able to use their current Market System GeoTrust Certificates issued by ISO-New England to access OASIS |
These certificates will not be accepted by other OASIS Nodes. |
This option is for the customers that only interact with the NEPOOL
OASIS and that want to use ISO New England’s technical support for the
entire process. |

DST's TrustID x.509 certificates are $175 per certificate per year
(bulk discounts apply). |
The DST certificates will be supported by all JTSIN OASIS systems throughout North America. |
Customers will work entirely with the vendor to obtain and support the certificates. |
This is the solution for customers needing access to multiple JTSIN OASIS nodes. |
