All companies seeking to become a GMP transmission customer must complete the appropriate GMP Service Agreements
and be registered with ISO-NE (see below).

ISO-NE OASIS Registration Information
- Every transmission customer company needing
transmission service on the ISO New England OASIS node must first register
the company with NERC. Registration can be done via an electronic form
available at http://www.tsin.com/.
Registration will require a previously obtained DUNS number. Both
information on and an electronic form for obtaining a DUNS number can be
found on the Dun and Bradstreet web site at http://www.dnb.com/.
- All member
companies or customers with completed Transmission Service Agreements that
require Customer Level Access to the ISO-NE OASIS Node must complete a SECURITY ADMINISTRATOR FORM and regardless of the certificate
vendor must have a valid X.509 digital certificate to gain access to the
ISO-NE OASIS Node. The Security
Administrator will manage the users authorized to access the ISO-NE OASIS
Node.
- Individual
Users within the registered customer company must access the system using
an X509 digital certificate. How to Obtain
an X509 certificate. Users who
need to perform transactions on OASIS must register their User information
(Name, Phone, FAX, Email, and X509 certificate information) on the ISO-NE
OASIS Node. Register
Certificate on OASIS. Your
Security Administrator approves the User Authentication Requests.
- Before making a transmission reservation, the
transmission customer must establish a valid service agreement with
ISO-NEW ENGLAND. Details regarding how to obtain transmission service from
ISO-NEW ENGLAND can be found in the ISO OATT Business Practices, which can
be downloaded from Here.
There are two ways to establish a service agreement with ISO-NEW ENGLAND:
Application for Service. The transmission
customer may complete an Application for Service. Once an application has been
approved, a service agreement will establish the terms and conditions under
which the customer company may take transmission service from ISO-NEW ENGLAND.

ISO-NEW ENGLAND
Membership. The transmission customer may become a member of
ISO-NEW ENGLAND in order to establish rights for Regional Network Service and
